St Michael’s Feast Day 2021
For the first time in two years the people of St Michael’s in Huntingdon were able to gather to celebrate their feast day on Sunday 26th September. We celebrated the Mass of St Michael and the Archangels and then met together for a shared international lunch. Our celebrations are always reliant on the weather as our facilities are inadequate for the parish and so we only have the garden in which to meet thankfully it was a beautiful day and about 40 people met for lunch in the sunshine. There was a wide range of food from India, the Philippines, Mauritius, England and Italy, lovely range of flavours and some great deserts as well. It was a wonderful event and so good to be able to meet in person after such a long time, good to see everyone mingling and chatting. Thank you St Michael for the beautiful day.
